About the speaker:

Professor Alexei Onuchin (BINP,Novosibirsk) took part in experiments on ee-collider VEP-1.His group discovered multihadrons events on VEPP-2(one of the first observation of light quarks).He was the lieder of the MD-1 detector on VEPP-4(Upsilon mesons and two-photon physics). He took part in development of KEDR(drift chamber,aerogel counters and liquid krypton calorimeter).At last time his group is developing RICH on focusing aerogel(FARICH).
