A:Thousand Youths Talents Scheme
a:Majored in natural sciences, engineering technology, etc.
b:Received a doctor’s degree from a well-known overseas university; At least three years’ overseas experiences in academic research
c:No older than 40 years old
d:Be capable of working full-time
- Note: exceptions can be made in terms of doctoral graduates with significant research achievements or other distinguished talents
B: The National One Thousand Foreign Experts Projects
a:non-Chinese professors (or an equivalent title) at prestigious foreign universities or research institutions;
b:no older than 65 years old
- Long term :Be capable of working full-time at least 9 months annually in the next 3 years
- Short term: Be capable of working amounts to at least 6 months in the next 3 years
C:CAS Hundred Talents Scheme
a:Received a doctor’s degree;
b:with an overseas experiences in academic research of four consecutive years
c:No older than 40 years old (no older than 45 years old for specially excellent candidates)
